Artist Bio: Annabel Gee


Annabel Gee

Originally from England, Annabel Gee has been living in the Barossa Valley for over forty years.  From an early age, Annabel enjoyed arts and crafts and has dabbled in both oil and water colour painting.  Over the last couple of years she has been studying animal portraiture in oils.

Conservation Statement    
“I have been a volunteer guide at the Adelaide Zoo since 2004, and as such I am passionate about conservation of endangered species.  If my artwork can contribute towards conservation efforts, I will be very happy.”






Creating for Conservation
Annabel has registered to exhibit in the Creating for Conservation Art Exhibition 2012. Her work [pictured above] is amongst one of several pieces Annabel will be exhibiting. The pieces will be available for purchase at the C4C2012 Exhibition only. Proceeds from C4C2012 are dedicated to Chipembele WIldlife Education Trust - Zambia. Please come along on the openingnight on 2nd November or over the weekend 2nd November to 4th November to see Annabel's work and that of the other fantastic contributing Artists.
