Conservation
Statement
“The exhibited art works
were created after drawing and observing at Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Zoo. At
night my images appear in my dreams (they have a fantasy look) which I then
draw in the morning. It is from these sketches that I create my art. Sketching
on location I find I can connect and appreciate each animal to capture their
unique personality and soul. Exhibiting this art is a way for the observer,
animal lover or collector to be aware of the amazing animals we need to protect
and conserve.”
