Pastels and oils are the mediums Colleen Duffy prefers. A variety of subjects attract her interest, including portraits and landscapes. Colleen has undertaken several portrait commissions, exhibited and sold on a number of group exhibitions but most of all Colleen simply enjoys painting and belongs to several art groups.
Conservation
Statement
“Born in Zimbabwe and always concerned about the environment, I have become increasingly distressed by the cruel killing of
rhinos and elephants to satisfy human vanity, greed and superstition. Concerned
conservationists scattered through Africa struggle to stop this senseless
slaughter. They are desperate for any financial assistance we can offer.”
