Artist Bio: Ginny Chalmer


Ginny Chalmer
Ginny is a Primary School teacher with 20 years experience.  She has worked in a variety of schools including working with Aboriginal students in the Pitjantjatjara Lands and an overseas stint in England.  She has a passion for photography, visual arts and craft with a diverse range of skills.  She encourages and builds confidence in individuals by nurturing their creativity and strengths.  Ginny has a Bachelor of Education (Primary Years) and a Graduate Diploma in Business; Administrative Management and Marketing.

Creating for Conservation
Ginny is exhibiting in the Creating for Conservation Art Exhibition 2012. The pieces [pictured] are representative of her work. The pieces Ginny chooses to exhibit will be available for purchase at the C4C2012 Exhibition only [no online sales]. Proceeds from C4C2012 are dedicated to Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust - Zambia. Please come along on the opening night on 2nd November or over the weekend 2nd November to 4th November to see Ginny’s work and that of the other fantastic contributing Artists.
