Courtney Blake is
a 36 year old mother of 3. Courtney has been painting for pure enjoyment for
the past 4 years as a form of therapy after being diagnosed with epilepsy and
depression. Through her art she has experienced such pleasure. There are no
rules, boundaries, rights or wrongs. A sense of ultimate freedom. Courtney’s
paintings are diverse. Of late Courtney has found her joy in painting children.
Bright and colorful portraits that come alive. A true sense of meaning as her
subjects are extremely precious. Sharing her creativity is her ultimate
pleasure and privilege.
Conservation
Statement
“Help where you can with whatever you have to offer to
make as much of a difference to someone or something’s life no matter how big
or small. As members of the zoological society through family membership for
the past 7 years we have had the most fabulous experiences visiting zoos all
over Australia. The education our family has received on animal conservation
has been well executed and invaluable. Educating children about their own
environment and the long term impact it will have on their lives is paramount.”
